Our Consent Decrees
Rock Springs
Our facility outside of Rock Springs, WY produces phosphate fertilizer and phosphoric acid from ore mined at the Vernal Mine. The plant also produces ammonia.
Don Plant
Our Don Plant facility near Pocatello, ID produces high-quality phosphate fertilizer, feed phosphates and industrial products from ore mined at Smoky Canyon Mine.
Modern Slavery Statement and Report
As an organization, we are committed to human rights, and both identifying and eliminating forced and child labor in our operations and supply chains.
In compliance with the Canadian Modern Slavery Act, our initial report and related questionnaire available here outlines our relevant historical efforts from September 2022 to August 2023. We will be filing annual reports demonstrating improvement in the years ahead.
